School hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 3:00PM. However, the doors open at 7:00AM daily. Students who are not registered for the after school program must be picked up by 3:45pm. Students who are not picked up by 3:45pm will be charged the daily after school rate ($17).
All students are required to arrive to school by 8:00AM. Students arriving after 8:10a.m. will be issued a late pass. If a student is late five times or more in one month the lateness will be treated as an absence.
Two nutritious meals: breakfast and lunch are provided throughout the school year. To receive breakfast, students must be in the school by 7:30am. Snack for afterschool students are served daily. Weekly menus may be reviewed in the office. Special lunch is served once per week. SHELLFISH, PORK OR ANY PORK PRODUCTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE SCHOOL PREMISES. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED. NO CHEWING GUM!
All personal effects must be legibly labeled with your child’s name. The school is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Students are required to provide their own notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, rulers and crayons and all other required school supplies. Students are required to use hard cover Black and White composition note books. Textbooks are supplied by the school.
Parents are responsible for replacement costs of books that are lost or damaged.
We firmly believe that the parents/guardian(s) play a major part in the achievements of their children. Therefore, we encourage and seek the support of every parent/guardian. The school has established an open-door policy where parents are able to meet with teachers. Parent-Teacher conferences are scheduled at least three times annually.
A strong organization named the Concerned Parents Association, has been established where parents come together to assist the program of the school. We encourage parents to keep in touch and support the academic and disciplinary efforts of the school’s program.
Because we are a tuition based school, fundraising is important and critical to our operations. Parents and guardians are encouraged and required to participate in our various fundraising events and initiatives.
Cell phones, toys and video games are not allowed in the school. The school is not responsible for lost items, including jewelry. Any student found destroying school property or defacing the walls will be expelled. Students may be barred from participating in upcoming events because of misconduct.
THE ADMINISTRATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR REQUEST THE WITHDRAWAL OF ANY STUDENT FOR CONDUCT DEEM UNDESIRABLE OR NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE SCHOOL.
